Kathleen serves as Vice President of Marketing and Partnership Development at Privafy. She brings over 24 years of strategic and product marketing experience to her role, launching its partner program in 2019. She is responsible for channel recruitment and sales. Kathleen works closely with her partner community to enable, train, and advise them on how to serve their customers' cybersecurity needs. She's particularly passionate about the underserved security needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

As a channel advocate for Privafy, Kathleen believes SMEs are a missed opportunity hiding in the open for savvy partners. As SME security concerns and threats of future attacks continue to rise, she thinks channel partners are critical to success and very well-positioned to capture a large share of the $40 billion SME market. Brittany Hodge joined RapidScale, a Cox Business Company, in 2019 as Senior Manager, Events and Sponsorships; tasked with creating and executing events to support internal, direct-sell and our channel partners. In addition, Brittany also manages RapidScale’s sponsorship commitments and relations.

Ms. Hodge has over 12 years of experience in the events industry. Prior to her employment with RapidScale, Brittany worked as a third-party event planner in Atlanta and London with an impressive portfolio of clients around the globe. She has also been an active member within industry leadership organizations; including Meeting Planners International, Cox Business Mentor Program, and Society of Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), where she also served on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Chapter. Most recently, she has joined the Alliance of Channel Women, with the goal of expanding her knowledge and network within the Channel community of women. Brittany studied at the University of Alabama, where she earned her BS in Hospitality Management.

Tricia started with Comcast in 2004 at a Keystone Region Call Center and transitioned to Comcast Business in 2007 as an Inbound Business Account Executive. Since then, she has held several positions with increasing strategic sales responsibilities, with her most recent being Senior Advanced Services Sales Manager in the Freedom Region, before moving to the channel team in 2020. Tricia brings strong industry experience and Comcast Business knowledge to her current role and is dedicated to helping her partners succeed.

When not at work, Tricia enjoys the Philadelphia city life by going to local restaurants and rooting for all Philly sports teams.

Rosana is the Vice President of Business Development at Cybersafe Solutions. She leads a team responsible for developing and cultivating global business development opportunities for Cybersafe and its partner base.

Rosana’s passion for the industry and expertise has allowed her to quickly rise through the ranks with Cybersafe Solutions. Having experience in roles such as Account Management and Strategic Partnerships has allowed Rosana to truly understand what’s important to clients and partner’s alike. Rosana now leverages this unique position to effectively train her team members and partners on how to cultivate strong relationships, identify new cybersecurity opportunities and expand their current book of business.

Prior to joining Cybersafe Solutions, Rosana began her career with IT research and Advisory firm, Gartner, Inc. It was in that role where she truly found her passion for the cybersecurity industry. Gianna recently joined Aircall as the General Manager of North America, driving the go to market strategy for the fast-growing region. She has been a strategic player in scaling sales organizations within the SaaS and tech spaces for nearly two decades. Her expertise and guidance have been instrumental in improving sales processes, enablement, revenue generation, and leadership development to drive organizations forward. 

However, she is most passionate when she is part of a community, helping to empower and mentor others in order to reach their personal and professional goals. Gianna's impressive results and visionary leadership were recently recognized when she was named one of the 2017 Female Executives of the Year by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Gianna serves on the Board of Brooklyn based nonprofit Read718 as the chair of the Governance Committee, is a member of Northfield Mount Hermon's Alumni Council within the Strategic Advisory Committee, and is an advisor to a variety of organizations within the start-up community. Mary is the marketing director at Broad Sky Networks, where she manages the rapidly growing brand and channel marketing programs for 4G and future 5G wireless networking solutions.  

Her love for technology marketing started in the semiconductor industry, where she managed global marketing campaigns for EKC, now owned by Dupont. Mary next jumped at the opportunity to launch the brand for a then-new telecom start-up, MegaPath Networks, where she worked with direct and channel B2B sales teams. At MegaPath, her interest grew in channel marketing—working with sub-agents, resellers, and VARs to develop sales enablement and MDF programs to expand their telecom portfolio and revenues. Over the past 25 years, Mary has held marketing leadership roles in the telecom, semiconductor, and renewable energy space to educate and sell technology solutions for businesses.
