Heather Stene leads Commercial Channel Operations for Verizon Business Group. With responsibility for channel program management in service to VBG’s sales leaders and partner stakeholders, her team manages program strategy and execution, the partner ecosystem, and performance analysis.

In her 25+ years of industry experience, Heather has led teams with increasing responsibility spanning sales, engineering, channel marketing, sales operations, and product management. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered on results while focusing on the customer and partner experience.

Heather holds a B.S. in Management from Purdue University.   As an avid reader, special education advocate, and football fan, Heather enjoys volunteering in her kids’ school activities . She and her family live in the greater Indiana area.

Lauri Martinez has over 20 years in B2B marketing within the IT & Telecommunications industries.  Within these roles, Lauri was responsible for developing and managing various channel marketing programs; creating and executing regional marketing strategies for direct and indirect sales teams; creating sales enablement tools to assist in progressing pipeline; and running over 100 marketing consultations with various IT and Telecom organizations. Currently, Lauri is the Sr. Director of Field, Channel & Customer Marketing at PGi where she handles all market with, to and through campaigns for the channel organization, assists with new partner acquisitions, manages all field marketing campaigns and works with various teams on wallet share growth and churn reduction initiatives for PGi’s customers . In addition, Lauri oversees PGi’s voice of the customer initiatives, focusing on developing quotes, positive reviews and customer advocacy for PGi and their GlobalMeet virtual event solutions.

With over 20 years experience in Channel, working with well-known technology brands, Christine Rawlinson is now the Director of Partner & Alliances for EMEA North at Interxion, A Digital Realty company. Her expertise in building out successful Channel businesses brings her to her current role.

As one of the founders of the Global Channel Program for Equinix and having spent 10 years in a B2B Channel agency working with clients such as Microsoft and Symantec to drive millions of dollars of incremental business through a broad range of Channel initiatives, Rawlinson is a strong Channel player and an asset to a company that is in the early stages of its Channel journey.

Amy started her career at a boutique advertising and branding agency, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies in packaged goods, spirits, fashion, and consumer electronics. During her time at the agency, she discovered her passion for the technology industry, which lead her to her current marketing role at Viasat.

Over the past 15 years, Amy has led multi-million-dollar marketing campaigns to reach consumers, businesses, and governments. She is passionate about doing what’s right for the customer and driving alignment across teams throughout the entire customer journey.

She is currently responsible for Viasat’s B2B connectivity marketing strategy which includes research to inform market entry and product development, go-to-market, channel marketing, customer communications and retention, and everything in between.

Marcela Gonzalez Cagle joined Vonage in 2016 and has been successfully helping shape the channel marketing strategy, to drive regional expansion, execution and enablement for the Vonage partner community. With more than 10 years of experience in branding, events and partner marketing, Gonzalez Cagle has played a key role in the launch of the Vonage Partner Network, including the Program's expansion into the UK, and the Company's overall channel sales strategy.

Prior to joining Vonage, Gonzalez Cagle worked at Next Marketing managing the alliance partnership in Latin America with HP, Microsoft and Intel. She also helped develop the channel marketing program, MDF program and partner portal for Clear Wireless Internet following its launch in 2010. Gonzalez Cagle is originally from Colombia, raised in Atlanta and now lives with her husband and daughter in Brooklyn. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to travel.

Julie Babiracki serves as the National Partner Manager for Consolidated Communications, working with master agents and their sub-agents to educate them on everything they need to know to be successful at Consolidated Communications. She has worked with channel partners within the telecommunications industry for over 16 years, helping partners provide effective solutions for their customers. Julie is passionate about helping partners reach their full potential and is their champion to make sure their voice is heard and their needs are met.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University and Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.

Rachel Law is the Senior Manager of Channel Marketing at Fusion Connect. She manages all partner sponsorships and helps to build lasting relationships between Fusion and its Partners. In her role, Rachel manages all of the daily tasks along with marketing events, campaigns and communications for the channel. She has been with Fusion for the last 7 years and believes strongly that good communication internally and externally is the key to success. Prior to Fusion, Rachel was the Director of Operations for a bio-medical company in the Bay Area and held positions such as Senior Sales Associate & Project Manager for a medical software company out of Seattle, WA. Her multi-faceted business experience allows her to bring a holistic approach to her channel marketing role. When not at work Rachel can be found volunteering with her husband through their local Kiwanis Club where she currently holds the office of President or visiting and traveling with friends and family.

Victoria has been a part of the channel for the entirety of her adult career! After graduating from Montclair State University with a Marketing and Management degree, Victoria started her career as an inside account manager at a large value added reseller supporting higher education accounts. She then made an internal career shift to follow her goals of becoming a marketer by supporting all public sector field events, programs and sales enablement. Victoria was recently brought on to MetTel’s Marketing Team as the only Field Marketing Manager where she supports field events, webinars and field strategy for channel sales, enterprise direct sales and federal government sales.

Brenna Sadler, AT&T Partner Solutions, started her career with AT&T 21 years ago on the direct side of the business and has held various positions in both direct and indirect including sales support, sales operations, and project management. In her current role in the Masters Organization, she is responsible for project managing all organizational strategic initiatives, collaborating with key segment and business partners, and building executive relationships with Master Agents. Brenna also leads the Employee Engagement Council, and is the Skills Ambassador, where she is responsible for facilitating training for new and existing employees.

Brenna loves to travel, play tennis, and keeps very active chasing her three small children and volunteering in her community where she resides in Boca Raton, FL.
