TBI’s BIG Event Promises BIG names, BIG tech, BIG wins

TBI’s BIG Event takes place June 14th and 15th and it’s sure to deliver.

We’re excited to host over 200 partners to learn what’s new and what decisions are taking place that impact our businesses.

Taking place in downtown Chicago, TBI has rounded up the big four telecommunication giants along with best of breed SD-WAN, International and cloud providers.

The panel “See what 400B looks like,” features channel chiefs from AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink and Comcast. An impressive line-up for sure as these leaders’ decisions influence and set precedent for channel programs downstream and the overall direction of our industry. Hear from the industry’s biggest decision makers all under one roof as they cover 5G and IoT advances, M&A activity, changes to their channel programs, teaming opportunities and mid-market initiatives.

BIG-blog-video-still.jpgIDC says, worldwide SD-WAN revenues will exceed $6 billion by 2020. “For the SD-WIN”, a panel featuring SD-WAN players Aryaka, CloudGenix, Expereo and MetTel, will cover what is quickly becoming a saturated marketplace and how to identify the right solution for your customers. We’ll review the different “flavors” of SD-WAN including the pros and cons to over the top, those that require circuits from carriers, managed solutions and those that will provide single-site solutions.

The Worldwide IT spend (hardware, software and telecom) is projected to total $3.5 trillion in 2017, according to Gartner. The latest market report by Persistence Market Research says the global VoIP services market will increase from $86B in 2015 to over $194B by 2024. Asia PAC will account for the highest market value followed by Europe and Latin America to be the fastest growing market over that timeframe. Hear from 8x8, Megaport, NTT, TATA and Telstra during the “Underground and Overseas” International Panel and learn why some have decided to focus heavily on the international UCaaS space, how others are viewed as disrupters to international transport, the Chinese connectivity market and what they consider to be the most important cloud opportunities, internationally. A 451 Research Global Channel Survey suggests that 45% of partners lack the personnel resources to sell outside the U.S. Gain insight on successful implementation examples and how to win big deals on a global scale.

“Forecast: Cloud-y with Rising Revenues,” our cloud panel will cover managed services, cloud security solutions, shifting infrastructure to further cloud compute resources and the influence of Amazon web services by CallTower, Evolve IP, Level 3 and Rackspace. Cloud has been reported to be one of the fastest growing areas in IT for enterprises around the globe. Gartner reports 50% of businesses will use cloud-based office systems like Google Apps for Work or Microsoft Office 365 by 2020. And by 2018, IDC FutureScape predicts at least half of IT spending will be cloud based.

If the panels aren’t reason enough, we’ll hear from two industry veterans speak to the changing landscape, where their clients are seeing success through better customer engagement and what partners should do to adapt to a rapidly changing telecommunications landscape.

The BIG event offers something for industry veterans and those new to the channel and starting their own tech consultancy. TBI has packed a day and a half full of education and networking. Connect with industry peers and learn where they too have found success. Get the download on what’s happening in the marketplace that effects your business.

Simply show up with an appetite and TBI will provide an educational feast. We’re excited to see you there.
